I live by the philosophy that beauty starts from within and I've always paid a lot of attention to what I put into my body. Eating well, exercising and using the right skincare are all essential ingredients to being the best we can be and reaching our full potential.   1. Keep active — do the exercise you enjoy on a regularly base. I have been doing bikram yoga for a full-body workout almost 5 years.
